Tips on buying quality ugg boots and slippers
We operate using
straight fittings but as sizing differs the world over, we ask that you
specify the following when ordering:-
- The recipients normal shoe size;
- The recipients gender (male or
female); and
- The recipients bare foot length from
heel to toe. Note that most people have one foot a little bigger
than the other. Please give us the length of the bigger foot. If you
do not know the bare foot length and it isn't easy to measure,
please do not guess. Simply leave the appropriate field
in the ordering form or shopping basket blank. (ie. When using our
secure shopping basket, you get the option of entering the foot
length in the optional message box when you go to Check Out.) Guessing and/or
adding extra may result in an incorrect size.
We do not make half sizes. If you are
normally a half size, then you have the following choice:
a) Go up half a size but keep in mind that your footwear will be big
if you do this. ie. As the sheepskin wool flattens and the skin
stretches, you get more room in sheepskin footwear. Going up half a size
will mean they will end up nice and roomy. If you like your footwear
this way then that's fine.
b) Go down a half size. Your footwear will be tight when you get them
but they will stretch and the wool will flatten leaving you with a
nicely sized shoe.
This is our recommendation.
